Booking an appointment
You can book appointments for these services through your usual GP practice.
Your GP practice will be able to view all available appointments and book you in.
Your appointment will be at one of our partner practices such as Mathews Practice, Jordenthorpe Medical Practice or Crystal Peak Medical Practice.
Appointments are available between Monday - Friday 6.30pm - 9.30pm and 10.00am - 6pm on Saturday.
